Corrections and updates
Getting it right matters.
If a material claim is wrong, unclear, or out of date, it deserves another look.
What makes a helpful correction
Include the article title or address, the passage you are concerned about, and a reliable source that explains the issue. Please do not send private medical records, financial details, or other sensitive personal information.
How a correction is handled
The editor checks the claim against its source, updates the article when needed, and records a material correction in the article. A disputed claim may be removed while it is assessed.
Send a correction
Use the contact form to send the article address, your concern, and a supporting source. The form clearly indicates whether message delivery is available.
