Privacy notice
Your privacy
Home and Habit Daily Media Group, LLC publishes this website. This notice explains the information used to serve the site and respond to your messages. Effective October 2, 2026.
Browsing the website
This website does not currently offer a newsletter signup, visitor account or checkout, and has no active advertising tracker or analytics integration. Search is performed in your browser. A session-storage flag remembers whether the brief masthead animation has already played.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Requests may include your IP address, browser information, requested page and technical security signals needed to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Links to another website take you to a service with its own privacy practices.
Optional analytics
Analytics are currently off. If enabled in the future, Google Analytics will load only after you choose Allow analytics. Continuing without analytics leaves the website fully usable. Your choice is remembered in this browser, and you can change it through Privacy choices in the footer.
Consented measurement records limited article and recommendation identifiers. It does not collect your contact-form entries, search text, health answers, or affiliate destination parameters. An outbound click is not evidence that you made a purchase. Revoking consent stops new measurement and reloads the page; it cannot retrieve data already sent.
Contact messages
The contact form sends your first and last name, email address, optional phone and business, and message to the publication by email. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse, and Cloudflare Email Service delivers them to the publication’s Gmail inbox. The receiving address is held in private server settings.
Please send only information relevant to your inquiry. Do not include medical records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information. The form does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Your messages and choices
Messages are used to respond to inquiries, assess corrections and manage relevant business correspondence. They are retained as needed for those purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Access is limited to the publication and the services used to process and deliver them.
You can use our contact form to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have sent. We may need to verify your request. We will update this notice when our practices change.
